Tivera (Tiger+ River + Panthera, also Cape Vera) Water Cat Pokemon Water Type Abilities: Torrent + Defiant Evolves into Tigamis at level 32
This Pokemon dwells within the shallow river banks where it is safe. When they evolve into Tigamis, they move up into deep water and become an apex predator.
